These terms govern your use of hanerpa.com and any purchase you make from Red Hibiscus & Gifts. By placing an order you accept them.

Using this site

You must be at least the age of majority in your state or territory to purchase from us. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to interfere with its security, and not to reproduce or resell any part of it without our written permission.

Products, descriptions and images

We describe each item as accurately as we can, including fabric, length and colour. Screens vary, so a colour may look slightly different in person. Where a detail matters to your decision, email us and we will describe the actual garment before you buy.

Pricing and availability

All prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. Stock is limited and availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. If an item becomes unavailable after you have paid, we cancel that line and refund it in full.

Where we sell

We sell and ship within the United States only. Orders placed for delivery outside the US cannot be fulfilled and will be refunded.

Errors

Occasionally a price or description is published in error. Where an error is obvious and you could reasonably have recognised it as such, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full, even after payment has been taken.

Orders we may decline

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example where we suspect fraud, where a shipping address cannot be verified, or where an order appears to be for resale. If we cancel a paid order, we refund it in full.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The text, images and layout of this site belong to Red Hibiscus & Gifts or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.
