What we collect

Order information — your name, billing and shipping address, email, phone number, and what you bought. We need this to fulfil the order.
Payment information — handled by Shopify Payments and, where you choose them, third-party providers such as PayPal or Shop Pay. Card numbers are processed by those providers and are not stored on our systems.
Device and usage information — IP address, browser, pages viewed, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Anything you send us — the contents of emails, contact form messages, and phone enquiries.

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, to answer your questions, to detect and prevent fraud, to meet our tax and accounting obligations, and — only if you have opted in — to send you marketing email. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts this store; payment processors; shipping carriers, who need your address to deliver; and analytics providers. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We also disclose information where the law requires it or to protect our legal rights.

This site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, plus optional cookies for analytics and marketing. You can refuse the optional ones through your browser settings or our cookie banner; refusing the necessary ones will break checkout.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy, or object to particular uses. To exercise any of these, email support@hanerpa.com. We may need to verify your identity first.

Children

This store is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
